Users can access the system from any Internet connected workstation. Using Digital-Flyer's List Management tools, clients can create or upload new lists or modify existing lists of e-mail addresses & contact names. Our list management tools also allow the creation of specific groups inside of larger lists [customer, employee, supplier etc.] as well as the exclusion of groups not required.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Campaign management tools allow users to create digital-flyers or newsletters by entering and importing the appropriate text and graphics or adding text to templates created for you by TARA Corporation Inc..

Our easy-to-use WYSIWYG editor makes the system a snap for users of any skill level - so anyone can create visually stunning high impact campaigns for their recipients.

Asset Manager allows users to upload, download, rename or delete different assets (unless they've been already used in a campaign). Images, documents, presentations can be used to enhance the recipient's reader experience. Using the Link Manager- users can insert click-through links to web pages, office documents, PDF files, archives and more. All links are tracked providing for comprehensive reporting.

In addition, each campaign can be scheduled and sent when it's most convenient for you or the recipient. And each click-through is then monitored by a comprehensive set of reporting tools, providing valuable feedback on recipient interests.

COMPREHENSIVE REPORTING

Comprehensive reporting allows users to track a variety of recipient behaviors. Standard reports monitor opens, bounces, bad address, opt-outs, click-through, and allow the recipient to generate reports on any of the above criteria indexed to any other information in the database. This means that users can actually pull information like call-lists based on how your recipients react to your e-mail campaigns. For example: names and phone numbers of recipients who clicked-through on a link offering information on specific products or services.
