FEATURED CASE
Clyde owned a quarter section of land next to an expanding community. He wanted to subdivide the land into lots for resale and applied to Municipal Affairs for approval. He did not receive a decision for over a year and then learned that his land was going to be annexed into the neighbouring community. Subdividing the land would now come with a high price tag.
